We took two approaches when creating this series: the “talker”, a longer-form explainer-style video, and the “teaser”, which delivers the same information with a more kinetic expression. For each video, we broke down the content to focus on the individual capabilities of the company and included specific details that show how Asurion excels in these areas. High-energy music, bold colors, and dynamic transitions help us tell this story.

Took a significant role by leading the Verizon customer-facing video from end to end. The campaign, themed "Live better. Live protected," was effectively crafted to highlight the advantages of Verizon Mobile Protection. This video is featured on the Verizon landing page, providing excellent visibility for existing and potential customers.

Offering a new way to engage customers in the store, this video highlights the key benefits of the AT&T ProTech app. Structuring the benefits into 3 easy-to-remember sections, the video brings the ProTech services to life with device set up, video streaming and tech support. Using a combination of live-action and motion graphics, the video demonstrates the many ways ProTechs can help—from transferring content and setting up email to controlling smart home devices and more.

Created a dynamic 1-minute video for both sales representatives and customers to gain a better understanding of the tech support that comes with their mobile phone protection plan. With the goal of motivating sales reps to share benefits knowledgeably with customers, the video also gives customers compelling reasons to download and use this key benefit via the Tech Expert app.

Created a CD album cover for the song “You Complete Me”, the theme song for the launch of Sprint Complete—an exclusive new mobile protection program to optimize your connected life.

This cover was featured prominently in several social media posts and is available on iTunes and Amazon music. It also won 2019 GDUSA Package Design awards —a broader competition from Graphic Design USA that focuses on packaging, POP and in-store collateral.

Produced a series of video vignettes highlights the importance of mobile phone protection. We shot vibrant video imagery of popular summer activities to show how easily phones can be lost or damage. Upbeat music, punctuated by the background sounds of summer, provided a dramatic and compelling contrast between the fun of summer and the danger to smartphones.

Created a video for customers highlighting the ease and value of Verizon Home Device Protection. It explains how the service covers all home tech with one simple plan and is featured on the Verizon Home Device Protection website and in the digital brochure.

Created a video to show customers how fast and easy it is to get expert help for any tech issues via call or chat when they use the Verizon Tech Coach app on their Ellipsis tablets. I designed illustrations and iconography to thematically integrate the Verizon brand so that consumers would immediately identify the service as Verizon’s. I also created a storyboard to get client buy-in before fleshing out the video.

Created a video to educate AT&T sales reps about the features and benefits of AT&T Mobile Protection Pack for Business. Using a combination of footage from small business operations, live calls and mobile online chats with ProTech support, and crisp graphics, I illustrated the numerous services provided in the product’s rich feature set.

Added significant production value to showcase a “Skip the line” theme for an upcoming RFP by creating the intro video and title cards. Worked with an external agency to create compelling style keyframes within the client’s brand guidelines.

Developed a consumer journey video that focuses on the 3 key stages of the major appliance service experience for The Home Depot Protection Plan – claims, initial service visit, and post-service visit. By focusing on the positive outcome for consumers, the video successfully highlights the company’s significant investment and optimization of this experience.

Created an eye-catching seasonal spring contest poster for DIRECTV customer service agents (call center and work at home) and their supervisors. The goal of the contest was to drive awareness, raise the comfort level and increase the engagement of agents in driving sales with a single compelling message: Upgrade to win! The poster also won 2016 GDUSA Poster Design awards.—a broader competition from Graphic Design USA that focuses on packaging, POP and in-store collateral.

We took this unique strategy to build fun, fast courses with video to drive interest and excitement followed by snackable content that delivers the learning. As a bonus, we get to speak to reps the way they actually communicate.

To kick off each topic, we developed a humorous series starring Scott, the Training Legend, and Keiana, our Legend-in-Training. By combining informative, high-level content and interactive quiz ‘chats’, we are bringing device protection to life in a whole new way.

Developed an interactive ePub presentation showcasing the social media “story” that illustrates Asurion’s business model, emphasizing how we assist customers and add value to their daily lives. This presentation was utilized in client leadership meetings to build trust and provide support when necessary.
